  • Breed & weight restrictions apply
  • 2 pets maximum per apartment
  • Non-refundable pet fee: $350 for first pet, $200 for second pet
  • Non-refundable petMonthly pet rent: $25 per petfee: $350 for first pet, $200 for second pet
